If you have a concern about your care or a family member’s care, please first speak with a member of the care team.

Contact the Patient Relations Department if:

  • Your concerns are not addressed

  • You wish to speak with someone not directly involved in your care

We will work closely with you and your team to resolve any concerns.

When you are admitted to JS Global Hospital, you will receive information about your rights and responsibilities as a patient.

If you visit us for outpatient care, patient relations brochures are available in all outpatient areas and waiting rooms.
