The JS Premier League is an exciting badminton tournament organized by and for the dedicated team at JS Global Hospital, Chennai's leading multispeciality hospital on the OMR corridor.
Designed to foster camaraderie, healthy competition, and wellness among hospital staff, this league brings together 16 talented players across 4 balanced teams — promoting an active lifestyle beyond the wards.
Open to all hospital staff aged 18 to 40, matches are held every Sunday evening, turning the court into a space of joy, teamwork, and friendly rivalry.

All matches at OMR Badminton Court · Every Sunday · 7:00 – 8:00 PM
League Rules
Eligibility
Open to all JS Global Hospital staff aged 18 to 40. Both male and female players are equally represented, with 8 players per gender across 4 teams.
Match Timing
All matches are held every Sunday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the OMR Badminton Court. Punctuality is expected from all participants.
Team Composition
Each team consists of 4 players — 2 male and 2 female. Teams play mixed doubles and singles formats throughout the league stage.
League Stage
All 4 teams compete in a round-robin league format. Top 2 teams from the standings advance to the Semi Finals on July 14th.
Knockout Rounds
Semi Finals take place on July 14th. The two winners proceed to the Grand Final on July 21st, where the JS Premier League champion will be crowned.
