Billing and Payment at JS Global Hospital

If you have health insurance, JS Global Hospital will submit a bill directly to your insurance provider for the care you receive. You’ll only be billed for any copayments, deductibles, or remaining balances not covered by your insurance plan.

We offer several convenient ways for you to pay your hospital bill:

  • By mail

  • In person at the Cashier’s Office, located in the main lobby of our hospital campus

  • Online payment through our secure billing portal

  • Over the phone with a billing representative

We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.

Separate Bills from Private Providers

Please note that certain services from private doctors and specialists are not included in your JS Global Hospital bill and will not appear on your hospital statement. These providers bill you or your health insurance company separately for their services.

You may receive additional bills from the following specialists:

  • Emergency Department Doctor

  • Pathologist

  • Private Duty Nurse

  • Surgeon

Your Payment Responsibilities

Your health insurance plan may require you to pay a deductible or co-payment for each hospital visit or service. At JS Global Hospital, we typically request this payment at the time of service or upon discharge.

To avoid surprises, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your financial responsibilities. You can find their contact number on your health insurance card.

If you’re unable to pay your copayment or full bill immediately, JS Global Hospital offers flexible payment plans and medical financial assistance to support you.

You're Protected from Surprise Medical Bills

At JS Global Hospital, we want you to feel confident and informed about your medical bills—especially in emergency situations.

If you receive emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at our in-network hospital, you are protected from balance billing (also known as surprise billing). In these cases, you will not be charged more than your health plan’s standard copayment, coinsurance, or deductible amounts.

You have rights under federal and state law that protect you from unexpected medical bills.
